Privacy
Your information deserves clarity too
This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the Orqentra public website or contact us about the product. The separate Orqentra application has its own privacy arrangements.
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Jason Plant owns and operates this website as an individual. Orqentra is the product name; it is not currently a registered company. For a privacy question or request, email admin@orqentra.co.uk.
What we receive and why
This website has no enquiry form or analytics script. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We use them to answer your question, discuss a demonstration or respond to a request about Orqentra. Please do not send customer, ticket, location or other sensitive operational data through a general enquiry email.
Our lawful basis for handling ordinary enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and developing the product. If you ask us to prepare a proposal or take steps towards an agreement, we may also need the information for those pre-contract steps. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you made an enquiry.
Website delivery and service providers
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested. Our domain's email is handled through Microsoft 365. We use these providers to run the website securely and manage correspondence. We do not sell enquiry information or share it with advertisers.
Cookies
Our website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting service may use cookies needed for security or delivery. If we add optional analytics or marketing tools later, we will update this notice and provide any choice required before using them.
How long information is kept
We keep an enquiry while we handle it and for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact if no customer relationship follows. We may keep it longer where needed for an ongoing discussion, an agreement or a legal obligation. Technical records held by our hosting and email providers follow their own retention arrangements.
Where information may be processed
Cloudflare and Microsoft may process or access information outside the UK. Their data-protection terms describe the safeguards they use for international transfers. We do not claim that all website or email information stays in the UK. You can ask us for more detail at admin@orqentra.co.uk.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, and in relevant circumstances ask us to erase it or restrict its use. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request or raise a concern, email admin@orqentra.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the website, its services or the organisation behind Orqentra changes.
