The platform

From work list
to workable day

Operations, Scheduler and My Work connect the people planning the day with the people delivering it. Each view has a clear purpose; together they make change easier to understand.

Operational surfaces

Operations

Make the work visible

Bring operational context, exceptions and follow-up into a calmer working view.

Scheduler

Review movement deliberately

Use planning and review to understand the implications of a change before it is acted on.

My Work

Keep field progress in context

Give field teams a focused view of the work and its current state.

What does what

One piece of work, different views of the same day

The people using Orqentra do not need the same screen. They need a clear handover between their decisions.

Controller

Find, prepare, review, commit

  • Use Operations to find the ticket, see context and identify work needing attention.
  • Use Scheduler to select work and create a no-write preview.
  • Read the feasibility messages and Commit Review before an authorised final commitment.

A preview is a draft; the final commit is a separate action.

Engineer

Know the work, record the reality

  • Open My Work for assigned work and the next relevant action.
  • Progress travel, arrival, work and completion through their proper steps.
  • Use the relevant site and welfare controls where the agreed process requires them.

Scheduling a job is not proof of arrival, completion or safe arrival home.

Operations lead

See exceptions in context

  • Review the authorised Operations view and current work states.
  • Investigate a ticket’s history, site events and deliberate follow-up.
  • Use the role-specific evidence to decide what needs attention next.

What a person can see or change depends on their named account and permissions.

See the planning surface

Explore how the Scheduler brings the work bucket and the day's timeline together. The guided walkthrough shows a controller reviewing options before committing a decision.

Where it fits

Real operations rarely follow a straight line

Orqentra is built for teams coordinating people, places and shifting priorities, from telecoms and EV infrastructure to field maintenance.

Telecoms

Network work across places and priorities

Give controllers a way to view the queue, review engineer fit and respond when a site or fault changes the day.

EV infrastructure

Distributed assets — Local decisions

Compare location, availability and the next job before asking an engineer to cross the region unnecessarily.

Field maintenance

Service visits with a history

Keep the planned visit, field progress, site context and follow-up understandable after the work is done.

Built with control

Preview the proposal — Keep people in charge

Controllers can preview a schedule, review feasibility and commit deliberately. Each stage stays visible to the people responsible for the decision.
